• IT Transformation: We provide a range of consulting services that help clients to improve business process efficiency and to select, procure and implement the latest in business information and communications technologies (ICT).   We assist clients in understanding their needs for ICT systems, grounded in a clear understanding of their business and its strategic goals.   We then advise on the selection and procurement of systems that meet those needs from the field of available systems and vendors.   Finally, we can provide project management support in implementing solutions, either in a full project management role or as advisers to in house project managers, managing vendors during the implementation process and planning and implementing change within the client organization.
   
• Business Strategy Development:  We bring business, financial and technology management skills to bear on the strategic development of client businesses. We work with clients in start-ups, established companies and in turnaround and recovery situations. We can assist in developing business plans and operational strategies, undertaking market analyses and in fund raising.   AP Benson has formalised its approach in its Business Development Manual ("BDM") which our consultants draw upon in delivering these services.
