AP Benson helps a leading lean manufacturing consultancy firm to improve its business processes
AP Benson has been retained to develop an ICT strategy to support the business plan for a leading lean manufacturing consultancy firm (the Company) to help the partners improve management of intellectual property rights (IPR), internal communications and the sharing of information.
AP Benson has enabled the Company to more effectively leverage its knowledge base and to improve communications between consultants, the firm and its clients.
In addition AP Benson has advised the Company on how to outsource IT systems and processes for managing Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Invitation to Tenders (ITT).
AP Benson was initially referred to the Company through the Welsh Assembly Government’s SME II programme
The Welsh Assembly Government’s SME II programme is an EC funded project for beneficiary SME Businesses to help them improve business processes and to generate productivity and efficiency gains within their business by using ICT.
AP Benson is a management and economic development consultancy with offices around the country including the West Midlands, London, Cardiff and the Thames Valley. Since the company's formation it has provided services to the public and private sector in a range of fields including financial consultancy, project evaluation, business development and IT Transformation
